Of course you want to display the best reviews on your website. To that end you can Auto approve all reviews with a 5 Star rating.
All other reviews will be listed in the Post section of your App.
Here you can either delete or approve the posts.
Some systems like Facebook allow us to respond directly to the review within the App, other systems may require you to log into their systems.
The key point is that you keep on top of good and bad reviews, sure you will not display the bad ones on your website, BUT they will still be out there and you need to ensure you have responded and taken this necessary remedial action to prevent further bad reviews in the future!
